A very beautiful example of this stamp, with exceptional centering and difficult to pass as a used stamp.  Values for mint and used are the same in this issue!
 
NOTE:  When viewing this stamp at the right angle, in the right light, there "appears" to be the slightest hint of initials.  Without noticing that feature, this stamp would pass as Mint, and most probably is with the Large Part Original Gum (LPOG).  I believe that something on paper was signed over the stamp.  There is also a tiny corner crease, seen slightly from the reverse at the UL corner.
