Quoted from CARIS: The Third Issue. Two months after the release of the second issue, a third one appeared on 20 August 1941. It also was issued in panes of eight stamps (formatted 4 by 2) within booklets that contained five panes. Each stamp's colour (rose-carmine) and design of the frame were the same as those used for second issue. However, the design inside the frame differed from stamp to stamp, each portraying a different "theme" that was appropriate for reminding people of the ongoing war. The inscriptions on the booklet's covers continued to read as previously described for the second issue.
