Impeccable Copy of a War Savings Certificate, with two van Dam FWS6 stamps
This impeccable, complete World War II Savings Certificate is a real survivor!  It has been folded intentionally, as required, for mailing purposes, as the certificate acts as its own envelope.  The certificate is completely unused, and unmarked, except for the two FWS6, Spitfire, savings stamps.   
What a fantastic document.  Great for the stamp collector, and World War II memorabilia collector!
