First known example of plate crack on van Dam ML3
This plate crack above first "A" of "MANITOBA" was first found on van Dam ML9 with two examples known.  Although, there is sure to be other examples out there.  This is the first known identical plate crack but on a van Dam ML3.  There must be, but surely more, at least one other one.  The same stamps were used, but with different overprints.
