ML9, CARIS MBL 9D2 (new plate crack variety above first "A" in Manitoba on van Dam ML9). Only one other reported to date which was discovered by myself. Ed Zaluski added to CARIS (CAnadian Revenue Identification System) on Apr 28, 2018. Although being in Fine condition, this adds to the value as the plate crack is fully visible. A very beautiful stamp. Cut Cancel, faint from front.
