648i / ii Scott - 8c, Mercury and Winged Horses, VF, MNHOG, red streak variety (through horse). Further, "Canada 8" is doubled. The red streaks appear on the 3rd pane on stamps #32 and 37 with 37 having the double streak. The stamps were printed 4 panes at a time. There are no streaking varieties on the 4th pane as per K. Bileski notes.
