British Columbia Telephone Franks, Revenues, Ranging from 1943-1959.  See scan for van Dam #'s.  Any watermarked stamps are noted at the top left of the holder.    All telephone franks pictured were issued without gum.  All stamps are mint and are very lightly hinged.  However, hinged does not affect the value of these stamps.  All of these stamps have matching serial numbers on both values.
